<p>Essa receita de lasanha de abóbora é muito mais leve que a tradicional, isso porque substituímos a massa rica em carboidrato por fatias de abóbora de pescoço.</p>

<p>Ainda não vi lasanha mais simples de preparar do que esta! E ainda por cima é uma delícia, e, dizem por aí, FITNESS kkk</p>



<p>Eu só sei que todo mundo comeu e lambeu os beiços, do bebê ao maridon, então acho que vai fazer sucesso por aí também. O detalhe que facilitou todo o processo: eu usei um jerimum (ou abóbora, dependendo de onde você está) do tipo &#8220;pescoço&#8221;. É um tipo de jerimum que possui uma parte comprida sem sementes, então é só fatiar que a parte da &#8220;massa&#8221; da lasanha já tá pronta. Caso você não ache deste tipo uma ideia também é fazer as camadas com um purêzinho de jerimum, ou seja, ele cozido e amassado, intercalando com as camadas de carne. Dá certo também. Por isso não vou dar quantidades, apenas vou dizer como fiz, ok?</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Posso congelar a lasanha de abóbora?</h2>



<p>A boa notícia é que sim! Você pode preparar essa lasanha em pequenas marmitinhas ou depois de fria cortar em pedaços e congelar. Mas lembre-se tanto para congelar sua lasanha como para cortar o ideal é fazer depois de fria.</p>



<p>Isso porque a lasanha ainda quente pode desmoronar ou soltar os sulcos quando cortada, espere esfriar completamente antes de fazer isso.</p>



<p>A lasanha de abóbora pronta e congelada tem validade de 90 dias no freezer.</p>



<p>E para descongelar você pode levar direto ao microondas como também descer para a geladeira na noite anterior e aquecer em forno ou airfryer na temperatura média.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Posso preparar a lasanha com antecedência?</h2>



<p>Sim, você pode montar a lasanha de abóbora no dia anterior, fechar com plástico filme seu recipiente e manter na geladeira. 30 minutos antes de servir leve ao forno pré aquecido.</p>



<p>Isso facilita muito os almoços de domingo, ao receber a família você terá somente que colocar a lasanha para assar.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Posso usar outros tipos de abóbora?</h2>



<p>Sim, você pode utilizar a abóbora japonesa, abóbora menina, butternut (aquela abóbora de casca laranja clarinho, moranga ou outra abóbora que costuma utilizar em seus assados da mesma forma que utlizei na receita.</p>

<p>Eu não temperei o jerimum, pois ele absorve parte do tempero da carne e o contraste do sabor docinho com o salgado fica perfeito. Me contem o que acharam!</p>

Já tinha feito várias lasanhas de berinjela, mas esta é muito levinha e deliciosa, gente! Pra quem pegou pesado no fim de semana e não quer terminar o feriado com mais 5kg, pode fazer pra família toda, pois ela rende super bem:</span> </p>
