<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Desde que aprendi a fazer risoto na panela de pressão, minha vida mudou! Que me desculpem os puristas, mas praticidade é fundamental. Tinha uma charque (ou carne seca) em casa e um pedaço de jerimum (ou abóbora), olhei pro arroz arbóreo e plim: risoto salvando o almoço de sábado em 5 minutos. Quer dizer, são 5 minutos na panela de pressão, mas antes você vai ter que pré-preparar a charque, mas é super simples. Para duas pessoas, você vai precisar de:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Eu não coloquei sal pois o sal do caldo da charque foi suficiente para temperar o risoto. Mas se for necessário, acerte no final. Eu sempre dessalgo, cozinho e desfio a charque em grande quantidade, depois congelo em saquinhos. Assim quando preciso já está super adiantado.</span></p>
