No desespero de comer alguma coisa que parecesse um empadão, saiu esta torta. Não, ela não ficou nenhum pouco parecida com o empadão que eu queria, mas&#8230;. Ficou DELICIOSA! E uma fatia mata a fome por um tempão, isso não é maravilhoso?! Pra quem não pode consumir lactose, acho que dá muito certo substituir a ricota por tofu, o requeijão por iogurte sem lactose e o parmesão por alguma farinha saudável. <p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Ela desenformou tranquilamente, porém quem não for fazer em fôrma de silicone, acho prudente untar e enfarinhar antes de colocar a massa. Imaginei aqui que com meia receita da massa podemos fazer uma bela quiche hein? Ou de repente adaptar para uma receita doce&#8230;</span></p>

<p class="">Eu estou apaixonada nessa receita, em especial na massinha crocante. Ela é o segredo especial dessa torta. Tanto por ser uma massa de torta super fácil de fazer com apenas dois ingredientes como também pelo sabor maravilhoso. já imagino outras combinações de recheios para a próxima vez.</p>

<p class="">Pois essa massa é feita de biscoito de água e sal e manteiga. Somente isso. Você pode substituir pela mesma quantidade de club social também. Mas é inegavelmente que bolacha de água e sal é muito mais econômico.</p>



<p class="">Outra dica é preparar essa torta com recheios doces. Se usar forminhas de empadinha por exemplo e rechear com uma camada de brigadeiro e cobrir com frutas fica perfeito.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">O recheio da torta quatro  queijos</h2>



<p class="">Usei um mix de queijos cremosos e que derrete fácil e não pode ria ter acertado mais. Utilizei <span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">mussarela, cheddar, gouda e catupiry</span>.</p>



<p class="">Caso você goste de sabores fortes troque o cheddar por algum queijo azul como o gorgonzola, tome apenas cuidado com a quantidade para o sabor não ficar muito forte.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Triturando o biscoito de água e sal para a massa da torta</h2>



<p class="">Se você tiver um processador de alimentos as coisas ficaram mais fáceis para você. Pode adicionar no processador o tanto de biscoito que couber e triturar até virar uma areia fina.</p>



<p class="">Não tem processador vá de liquidificador. Divida a quantidade de biscoito em 4, você terá que processar aos poucos. Coloque uma das porções no liquidificador e vá apertando pulsar e de vez em quando abra o liquidificador limpando as laterais até que todo o biscoito vire uma farofinha.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Posso congelar minha torta quatro queijos?</h2>



<p class="">Pode com ressalvas. Essa torta congela muito bem, desde que você siga alguns passos simples.</p>



<p class="">Primeiro, congele com a forma, você não quer ver sua torta desmoronada ao retirar do freezer. O que costumo fazer é assar a massa direto em <a href="https://amzn.to/3RIcKt5" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">formas de alumínio descartáveis como essa</a>. </p>



<p class="">Então asse a massa da torta sem o recheio por 10 minutos. Adicione o recheio e asse não mais que por 10 minutos. Ele sair </p>



<p class="">Congele assim, mas quando quiser descongelar sua torta quatro queijos leve ao forno pré aquecido até o queijo ficar todo dourado.<br></p>



<p class=""><strong>Pode congelar por até 90 dias.</strong></p>
