<li>O espinafre é uma excelente opção e vai bem com a mistura de ovos e parmesão. Se usar espinafre fresco, refogue rapidamente para reduzir a quantidade de água, e se usar espinafre congelado, certifique-se de descongelá-lo e escorrer bem o excesso de água.</li>



<li><strong>Substituição:</strong> Use a mesma quantidade do repolho (1 unidade pequena de maço de espinafre fresco por exemplo).</li>

<p>Para os intolerantes à lactose: dá pra fazer sem o parmesão, mas como o sabor do repolho é bem suave, funcionaria melhor como um acompanhamento do que como prato principal =)</p>
