<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Alguns leitores me pediram sugestões para uma ceia sem produtos de origem animal. Topei o desafio e pesquisei bastante coisa, e como vi que para as opções de acompanhamento é bem fácil adaptar, foquei no prato principal. Passeei pela carne de caju, de jaca e confesso que fiquei super curiosa para fazer estas experiências. Mas acabei optando pelo shitake pois acho que estas &#8220;carnes&#8221; precisam da fruta num ponto específico e nem todo mundo teria condições de encontrá-las. Geralmente o cogumelo que se usa neste tipo de receita é o portobello, que é enorrrrme. Outra regra é que se use o shitake fresco, que eu concordo que é mais gostoso, mas como sei que é mais difícil de encontrar, arrisquei usar o seco e posso dizer que o resultado ficou excelente! <p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Esta receita de bolo de natal é a prova viva daquela expressão &#8220;a cereja do bolo&#8221;. Na verdade este é um bolo simples. Alguns pequenos detalhes é que fazem dele um bolo especial, digno de aparecer na mesa da ceia de natal =)&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Eu conheço muita (mas muita!) gente que não gosta de panetone. Por isso encontrei essa solução.</span></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dicas para acertar no bolo de natal:</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Pode parecer bobeira, mas siga corretamente as quantidades e ingredientes mencionados na receita. Utilize xícaras medidoras e nada de fazer a temida medida de vó, passe as costas da faca na xícara cheia de farinha por exemplo e terá a medida correta.</li>



<li>Ovos leite e manteiga em temperatura ambiente. Antecipadamente deixe esses ingredientes fora da geladeira.</li>



<li>Não misture demais. Seja na batedeira como também ao misturar na mão, lembre-se de nunca exceder, bata somente para misturar os ingredientes.</li>



<li>Não abra o forno no meio da receita. O vento frio que entrará no forno influencia negativamente. Espere pelo menos 30 minutos antes de abrir e ainda assim utilize as luzes e visor de vidro do forno para verificar o bolo antes de abrir, se não está dourado ainda não chegou a hora de testa-lo.</li>



<li>Forno pré aquecido antecipadamente. Antes de iniciar o preparo do bolo sempre deixe o forno pré aquecendo para criar um bom ambiente para seu bolo crescer.</li>



<li>Por fim, o teste do palito nunca mente. Cada forno pode estar em uma regulagem diferente, se está em dúvida se o bolo esta cru ou cozido por dentro espete opalito bem no centro, se sair limpo o bolo está pronto para ser retirado do forno. Mas não se esqueça, normalmente um bolo não está cozido por completo antes dos 30 minutos.</li>
