<p><span style="font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman',serif;">Com a alta dos preços tem rolado muito franguinho aqui em casa. É uma carne barata e versátil. Mas tem hora que a gente não sabe mais o que fazer pra variar o cardápio né? Aproveitei <a href="https://pitadinha.com/receita/nuggets-caseiros-crocantes/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">o dia que preparei nuggets</a> e fiz também estes &#8220;filés&#8221; a parmegiana que ficaram incríveis e levíssimos. Essa versão é bem leve e não leva farinha no empando que é feito de parmesão e farinha de linhaça.</span></p>



<p>Caso não tenha a farinha de linhaça saiba que não é complicado bater as sementes de linhaça em um liquidificador de alta velocidade até transformar em uma farinha fina. </p>

<p>Como disse acima eu preparei nuggets no mesmo dia que resolvi preparar essa parmegiana de frango. Por isso fiz como mini hamburgueres com a massa modelavel. Você pode tranquilamente <strong>empanar filés de peito de frango com a linhaça dourada e o parmesão</strong> e fritar em óleo por imersão antes de adicionar o molho e o queijo, dá certo na mesma.</p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman',serif;">Eu prefiro preparar com o frango já cozido, assim posso também congelar alguns com mais tranquilidade, e não preciso de tantos ingredientes para conseguir uma textura sequinha e gostosa. Desse jeito acho difícil a família reclamar que o almoço é frango DE NOVO! <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Congelando os empanados de frango:</h2>



<p>Quem me acompanha sabe da família numerosa e como eu gosto de ter salva-vidas no meu congelador. </p>



<p>Costumo congelar os empanados prontos como na foto abaixo, preparo a massa no processador, empano, levo ao forno para dourar e deixo esfriar completamente, depois disso coloco em um recipiente de vidro desses temperados que vá do freezer ao forno com tampa hermética:</p>

<p>Quando der aquela vontade de repetir o frango a parmegiana, retiro a tampa, cubro com molho de tomate e queijo e mando para o forno, assim descongela conforme o queijo derrete e me poupa de preparar do zero a parmegiana. </p>



<p>Se gosta de ter um salva-vidas como esse, dobre a receita quando for preparar para a sua casa, congele metade e tenha menos trabalho na próxima refeição. Só não recomendo que triture de uma só vez os ingredientes pois isso pode sobrecarregar o motor do seu liquidificador. Faça em duas levas e depois modele e empane toda a massa de uma vez.</p>
