<p class="">Se há uma sobremesa que define &#8220;memória afetiva&#8221; no Brasil, é a Torta Alemã. Apesar do nome, é uma invenção brasileiríssima e genial.</p>



<p class="">Imagine camadas de um <strong>creme amanteigado super aveludado</strong>, intercaladas com a crocância sutil do biscoito, e finalizadas com uma <strong>ganache de chocolate</strong> densa e brilhante.</p>



<p class="">É a sobremesa de &#8220;avó&#8221;, de almoço de domingo, daquelas que impressionam pela altura e pelas camadas perfeitas, mas que, na verdade, não vai ao forno. O segredo está na temperatura dos ingredientes e na paciência de deixar a geladeira fazer o seu trabalho.</p>

<p class="">Ingredientes simples que se transformam em luxo. A temperatura da manteiga é crucial aqui!</p>

<li class=""><strong>Manteiga:</strong> Sem sal.
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li class=""><em>Importante:</em> Ela precisa estar em <strong>temperatura ambiente</strong> (ponto de pomada), macia, mas não derretida. É a base da estrutura do creme.</li>
</ul>
</li>



<li class=""><strong>Açúcar:</strong> Para adoçar e ajudar a bater a manteiga. Use o refinado para dissolver mais fácil.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Creme de Leite:</strong> Em Portugal, são as <strong>Natas</strong>.

<li class=""><em>Divisão:</em> Vamos usar <strong>1 caixa</strong> para o creme branco e <strong>1 caixa</strong> para a cobertura de chocolate (ganache).</li>



<li class=""><em>Nota:</em> Se usar o de lata, retire o soro. O de caixinha (UHT) pode ir direto.</li>

<li class=""><strong>Chocolate Meio Amargo (1 barra de 170g):</strong> O amargor é essencial para cortar a gordura da manteiga e o doce do açúcar.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Bolacha de Maizena:</strong> Ou Biscoito Maria. A estrutura crocante.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Leite:</strong> Apenas para umedecer ligeiramente os biscoitos.</li>

<p>Eu sei, eu sei&#8230; Sei que não é certo descontar qualquer sentimento &#8211; alegria ou tristeza &#8211; na comida.</p>



<p>Mas há dias em que você está tão triste, tão precisado(a) de alívio, de lembrar que a vida é mais do que os problemas, que pouco importa se é politicamente correto simplesmente preparar um bolo de chocolate no meio da tarde e se dar o direito de saborear uma fatia sozinho(a), bem devagar, enquanto engole o choro e pensa em como vai &nbsp;fazer pra descascar os abacaxis que aparecem pelo meio do caminho.</p>



<p>Muito depressivo esse post? Desculpa&#8230; É que essa receita foi pra mim puro consolo em forma de bolo.</p>

<p>O surpreendente é que apesar de ter uma massa no fundo e laterais diferente da massa do recheio, durante o preparo tudo se mistura e vira uma coisa só, crocante por fora e molhada por dentro. Se quiser, jogue raspinhas de chocolate pra decorar =) Pra quem gosta de doce bem doce, pode usar chocolate ao leite. Eu usei meio amargo e ainda achei muito doce, na próxima vez uso o amargo mesmo.</p>



<p>E atenção: se você não tem fôrma de aro removível (ou fundo falso), pode fazer em qualquer outra. Só que não é prudente tentar desenformá-lo, então corte as fatias ainda na fôrma e sirva =)</p>
