<li class=""><strong>Ricota Fresca:</strong> Esfarelada. <em>Dica:</em> Se a sua ricota estiver com muito soro (água), dê uma espremida nela antes de usar.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Ovos:</strong> <strong>Atenção ao truque:</strong> Usaremos as 2 claras e 1 gema na massa. A gema que sobrar será reservada para pincelar o topo da torta!</li>



<li class=""><strong>Queijo Parmesão Ralado:</strong> É ele que vai trazer a &#8220;liga&#8221; salgadinha e ajudar a massa a ficar firme.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Requeijão Cremoso:</strong> Retiradas do pote de 180g (abaixo) para dar umidade à massa.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Cúrcuma / Açafrão-da-terra:</strong> Além de ser um anti-inflamatório poderoso, ela dá aquela cor amarelinha e apetitosa de &#8220;massa de verdade&#8221; à nossa ricota!</li>
