Aprendi esse pãozinho&nbsp;com a chef Paula Martins (@viversemtrigo), apenas troquei a&nbsp;</span><a href="https://amzn.to/3dbzHGG" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">farinha de amêndoas</a>, que e carésima, por farinha de castanha, que é beeem mais barato, pelo menos aqui em Recife. Você também encontra na amazon, tanto <a href="https://amzn.to/3LflkO5" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">a farinha de castanha </a>como também o <a href="https://amzn.to/3BfcEmr" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">psyllium</a>.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Notas e dicas sobre esse pão low carb</h2>



<p><strong>Quando disse sobre guardar na geladeira falei sério</strong>, embrulhe em papel toalha e depois coloque no saquinho, isso manterá seu pão por 3 dias. Para aquecer eu gosto de colocar na sanduicheira ou se não tostar em uma frigideira dos dois lados para reanimar o pãozinho.</p>



<p><strong>Pode congelar o pão low carb.</strong> Eu gosto de dobrar a receita e congelar um deles, quando quiser um pão saboroso e com baixo carbo ele estará lá. Da mesma forma, envolva em papel toalha depois de frio e em seguida em um saquinho próprio para congelamento. Mantenha no freezer por até 3 meses e quando quiser descongelar ou leve para a geladeira na noite anterior e só aqueça o que for consumir ou também leve direto ao forno pré aquecido em 160˚C até que eles esteja quente, macio e completamente descongelado.</p>



<p><strong>Pincele o pão com manteiga amolecida</strong> no microondas junto de um dente de alho assim que sair do forno. Deixe o pão absorver a manteiga e só então corte uma fatia. Isso eleva sua receita a potência 10.</p>



<p>Antes de assar você pode polvilhar sementes sobre ele. Sementes de <a href="https://amzn.to/3Lb6Bny">abóbora</a>, <a href="https://amzn.to/3eJlRvH">girassol </a>e <a href="https://amzn.to/3S0VteZ" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">linhaça</a>. Além de enriquecer o valor nutricional deixará seu pão ainda mais bonito.</p>

<p class="">Essa versão de pão de queijo é feita com amido de milho no lugar do polvilho, leite desnatado, ovos e parmesão. Apesar de não levar os ingredientes tradicionais é uma alternativa lowcarb que vale a pena experimentar.</p>

<p class=""><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Ficar magra e linda é preciso, mas como lidar com a fome que aparece no meio da tarde? Sério, gente, eu sou uma pessoa que se preocupa mais com os lanchinhos do que com as principais refeições, tanto que já me apelidaram de ~boca nervosa~. Aliás, nervosa eu fico só de pensar que vou ficar do almoço até o jantar sem um lanchinho do bem esquematizado, porque senão a chance de dar aquela jacada á grande. Por isso, meus amigos e minhas amigas, eu gamei loucamente nesse pão de queijo low carb  fake, que de queijo não tem <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">quase</span> nada, mas danadinho de bom! Não leva polvilho, nem farinha, nada, por isso é ideal pra quem tá controlando o consumo de carboidratos. Olha a facilidade da coisa:</span></p>

<p class=""><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">IMPORTANTE: Veja bem&#8230; Não é ohhhh aqueeeele pão de queijo, aliás aviso logo que ele é meio sequinho, então corto no meio, boto uma fatia de presunto de peru ou então dou uma passada de faca de requeijão light e fica perfeito. Quem fizer depois não reclame que não avisei. Mas eu achei ele delicioso mesmo assim, e acho que vale o benefício de comer sem culpa.</span></p>
