										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Farofa é um prato tradicional brasileiro feito com farinha de mandioca torrada e outros ingredientes como cebola, alho, bacon e ervas. É uma adição versátil e saborosa a qualquer refeição e pode ser personalizada conforme o gosto do freguês, farofa né mores?. Uma das variações mais populares é a farofa de banana e cebola roxa, que combina a doçura da banana madura com o sabor gostoso da cebola roxa dourada. Combina com churrasco, com feijoada e até com o arroz e feijão de cada dia.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Estamos fora do Brasil e depois de um mês fora pensamos que não deveriam,os ter trazido roupas e sim muita farofa de Goiás.&nbsp;</p>
<p>No entanto fomos surpreendidos ao encontrar farinha de mandioca no mercadona (atenção brasileiros que moram fora) e desde então torramos e temperamos nossa farinha para que nunca mais nos falte farofa!&nbsp;</p>

<h3>Como Torrar Farinha de Mandioca para Farofa</h3>
<p>Torrar a farinha de mandioca é um passo crucial para fazer a farofa. Dá ao prato um sabor amendoado e a textura crocante da farinha de mandioca, tão característico da farofa. Já tentou fazer a farofa sem esse passo? Falta algo, falta sabor, falta textura, falta manteiga! Veja como fazer:</p>
<p>1. Aqueça uma frigideira grande e espaçosa suficiente para mexer de um lado para o outro a farinha de mandioca sem que ela caia para todo lado em fogo médio e adicione 2 colheres de sopa de azeite ou manteiga.</p>
<p>2. Adicione a farinha de mandioca e mexa constantemente por 5 a 10 minutos, até dourar e perfumar, fique atento e não pare de misturar, caso contrário a farinha irá queimar.</p>
<p>3. Tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto.</p>
<p>4. Retire do fogo e reserve para preparar a farofa.</p>
<p>Você encontra farinha de mandioca torrada no mercado facilmente, ainda assim eu prefiro preparar a minha na hora para um sabor fresquinho.</p>

<p>Ainda mais agora que estou fora do Brasil e não encontro mais farinha de mandioca temperada pronta como nos supermercados do Brasil.</p>



<p>Confesso que essa experiência de preparar a minha farinha de mandioca temperada em casa elevou o nível. Nenhuma farinha de mandioca temperada pronta de supermercado está a páreo da farofa caseira. Acredite, o sabor é único. O segredo está na manteiga, muita manteiga. O sabor da manteiga não se compara ao óleo vegetal que é utilizado na maioria das receitas de farinha temperada industrializada.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Adicionais para a farinha de mandioca temperada</h2>



<p>Essa é uma receita base para transformar a farinha de mandioca crua em farofa pronta.</p>



<p>Normalmente essa mistura básica de farofa é combinada ao <a href="https://arianapazzini.com.br/dicas-de-cozinha/como-fazer-arroz-integral-soltinho/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">arroz</a> e ao <a href="https://arianapazzini.com.br/receitas/como-preparar-feijao-carioca-dicas-e-truques/">feijão</a>. Mas não se limite e faça suas combinações especiais. </p>



<p>Eu gosto de adicionar cebola em cubinhos, <a href="http://pitadinha.com/receita/farofa-de-cenoura/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">cenoura</a> e <a href="http://pitadinha.com/receita/farofa-de-abobrinha/">abobrinha </a>raladinha ao refogado para a farofinha do dia-a-dia. </p>

<p>No entanto isso tende a deteriorar a farofa mais rápido pois são ingredientes que contém mais água.</p>



<p>Primeiramente faço a receita base e em seguida adiciono os extras só quando vou servir para não correr o risco de diminuir a validade. </p>
