<p class="">Por favor, não fuja! Eu prometo que este é o truque de mágica mais delicioso que você vai fazer na cozinha. O abacate aqui não está para dar sabor (eu juro, <strong>você não sente gosto de abacate</strong>), mas sim para emprestar a sua gordura natural e criar uma textura tão sedosa, aveludada e decadente que rivaliza com qualquer mousse feita com creme de leite (natas) e ovos.</p>



<p class="">É a sobremesa perfeita para quando você quer algo intensamente chocolatudo, mas quer manter a linha saudável (ou vegana). É rica, é densa como uma trufa e fica pronta em minutos no liquidificador. Prepare-se para enganar o paladar de todos em casa!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">O que você vai precisar (Ingredientes)</h2>



<p class="">O segredo aqui é a qualidade dos ingredientes, já que são poucos.</p>

<li class=""><em>Regra de Ouro:</em> Ele precisa estar <strong>bem maduro</strong>. Sabe aquele abacate que está macio ao toque, perfeito para guacamole? É esse. Se estiver duro, a mousse vai ficar com pedacinhos e gosto de &#8220;verde&#8221;.</li>

<li class=""><strong>Chocolate Meio Amargo:</strong> Derretido.

<li class=""><em>Dica:</em> Use um chocolate de boa qualidade (entre 50% e 70% cacau). Como o abacate é neutro, o sabor do chocolate vai reinar absoluto.</li>

<li class=""><strong>Cacau em Pó:</strong> Sem açúcar. Para dar profundidade e aquele &#8220;pontapé&#8221; de chocolate extra.</li>
