<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Uma amiga querida me marcou em uma publicação no facebook mostrando esta receita de bolo de banana sem açúcar que eu amei de paixão!!! Na mesma semana comprei os ingredientes pra fazer e posso dizer com toda a certeza: o açúcar não fez falta nenhuma! </span></p>



<p>A doçura desse bolo de banana vem das passas e da banana que já te adianto, quanto mais madura a banana mais docinho o bolo fica. </p>



<p>Sabe aquela banana super madura prestes a ser desperdiçada e ir para o lixo? É ela! Ela deixará o seu bolo perfeito.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Só posso usar bananas extremamente maduras?</h2>



<p>Não, não necessariamente, quanto mais maduras as bananas estiverem mais doce seu bolo ficará. Mas isso não significa que você não pode utilizar suas bananas amarelinhas que acabaram de chegar em casa. Dará certo essa receita de bolo também.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dica especial para bananas super maduras:</h2>



<p>É certo que as vezes não damos conta de todas as bananas do cacho que trazemos da feira, normalmente utilizo em panquecas, bolos e afins. Bananas super maduras é meu ingrediente favorito. Mas se ainda assim sobrar e você não quiser mandar para o lixo você pode congelar para fazer esse bolo de banana em outro dia. </p>



<p>Coloque as bananas com casca e tudo em um saco próprio para congelamento, leve ao freezer e congele por até 3 meses. Quando quiser preparar alguma receita retire a casca e use normalmente.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Posso tirar as passas do bolo de banana?</h2>



<p>É do time que detesta passas? Ok, você pode fazer seu bolo de bananas sem elas, se quiser substitua por 1/2 xícara (de chá) de gotas de chocolate meio amargo ou ameixas secas também.</p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Fica fofinho, a cor é linda, e não dá trabalho nenhum pra fazer:</span></p>

<p>Sem dúvidas, você pode congelar para consumir depois.</p>



<p>Espere o bolo esfriar completamente, corte as fatias e embale em plástico filme, coloque em um saco próprio para congelamento e leve ao freezer. Armazene com cuidado para não amassar suas fatias de bolo.</p>



<p>Para descongelar você tem duas opções. Pode levar na noite anterior do freezer para a geladeira ou então levar ao microondas em temperatura média de 30 em 30 seguindos até descongelar ( o tempo de descongelar vai depender do tamanho das suas fatias de bolo de banana)</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dica alcoolica</h2>



<p>Se preparar esse bolo de banana para adultos, a dica é deixar de molho as passas em uma xícara de rum. O sabor da uva passa embebido ao rum fica maravilhoso.</p>
