<h2>Muffins de banana com canela</h2>
<ul>
<li>3 bananas maduras descascadas e amassadas</li>
<li>125 ml de óleo vegetal (soja, milho, girassol, coco)</li>
<li>2 ovos</li>
<li>250 gr de farinha</li>
<li>100 gr de açúcar</li>
<li>1/2 colher de bicarbonato de sódio</li>
<li>1 colher de chá de fermento em pó</li>
<li>1 colher de sopa de canela (eu uso duas por que amo)</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Pré-aqueça o forno a 200 graus e prepare 12 forminhas de muffins na assadeira própria ou em fôrmas de empada</li>
<li>Bata os ovos com o óleo numa tigela, reserve</li>
<li>Junte numa tigela grande: farinha + açúcar + bicarbonato + fermento em pó + canela, misture</li>
<li>Vá acrescentando a mistura de ovos à farinha aos poucos (vai ficar uma massa bem pastosa) e depois junte as bananas</li>
<li>Distribua nas forminhas e asse por +/- 20 minutos</li>
</ol>

<p>Essa massa foi a mais simples e a primeira que eu consegui que ficasse nesse formato de &#8220;pico&#8221; em cima, ela cresce lindo e é super úmida.</p>
<p>Não se preocupe com a meladeira na hora de passar a massa para as forminhas, é assim mesmo.</p>

</p>
<ul>
<li>1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo</li>
<li>3 colheres (chá) de fermento em pó</li>
<li>1 colher (sopa) de açúcar</li>
<li>1 colher (chá) de sal</li>
<li>1 e 1/4 xícara (chá) de leite</li>
<li>1 ovo</li>
<li>3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga derretida</li>
<li>2 bananas descascadas e amassadas</li>
<li>1 colher de sopa de canela em pó</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Jogue tudo no liquidificador, depois frite em frigideira untada com manteiga ou óleo e sirva com mel</li>
</ol>
