<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Como utilizar o tempero de alho e cebola caseiro</h2>



<p class="">Se para todo o refogado você precisar descascar alho e cebola, lá se vão pelo menos 5 minutos dependendo da sua agilidade na cozinha.</p>



<p class="">Sem contar que é um tempero tão simples que combina com várias preparações:</p>



<p class="">Em qualquer refogado, para cada 1 dente de alho que você utilizaria, substitua por 1 colher (de sobremesa) desse tempero refoga caseira.</p>

<li class=""><strong>Para refogar arroz</strong> &#8211; Eu adoro esse refogado prático para o <a href="https://pitadinha.com/receita/arroz-de-couve-flor-com-camaroes/">arroz</a>. Uma colher (de sobremesa) de tempero caseiro refoga uma xícara de arroz cru e dá um sabor maravilhoso.</li>



<li class=""><strong>No feijão descongelado</strong> &#8211; Não costumo congelar o <a href="https://pitadinha.com/receita/feijoada-simples/">feijão</a> já temperado. Para dar um sabor de feijão caseiro fresquinho, refogue 1 colher (de sopa) desse tempero caseiro antes de adicionar o feijão para aquecer na panela.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Para temperar carnes</strong> &#8211; especialmente <a href="https://pitadinha.com/receita/bisteca-suina-na-pressao/">carne de porco</a>, utilizo esse tempero caseiro e limão. Combina muito bem! Você pode deixar na geladeira a carne de porco com esse tempero e 1 xícara de vinho branco por exemplo. A carne vai marinando com o tempo e o sabor é incrível.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Legumes </strong>ficam perfeitos quando refogados com esse tempero de alho e cebola.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Como Armazenar e Tempo de Validade:</h2>



<p class=""><strong>NA GELADEIRA</strong>: Aqui na minha cozinha, eu sempre guardo esse tempero em um pote de vidro esterilizado e bem fechado na geladeira. Ele dura perfeitamente por até 30 dias sem perder o aroma.. Coloque em um pote hermético bem fechado por até 1 mês. Para não oxidar deixe com <strong>uma camada de azeite sobre o tempero</strong>, sempre que for baixando a camada acrescente um pouco mais.</p>

<p class=""><strong>NO FREEZER</strong>: Outra forma de prolongar o tempo de vida do seu tempero caseiro é congelando. <strong>Coloque porções em uma forminha de gelo</strong>. Os cubinhos devem congelar em até 4 horas. Depois de congelado transfira para um saco zip lock. Assim foca fácil você utilizar porções individuais sem precisar descongelar todo o seu tempero. Dessa forma o tempero tem validade de 120 dias. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Como descascar o alho facilmente</h3>



<p class="">Sim, descascar alho em lote pode ser muito chato se você não utilizar a tecnica correta. Tenho dois facilitadores que me ajudam muito nessa missão:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li class="">Microondas: Coloque as cabeças de alho no microondas e aqueça por 20 segundos. Ao sair do microondas o alho quente é só puxar a casquinha pela pontinha que ele sairá facilmente.</li>



<li class="">Água: Deixar os dentes de alho de molho em água tem o mesmo efeito. Um pouco mais de tempo, deixe por no mínimo 2 horas de molho e a casquinha sairá também com facilidade ao puxar. </li>
