Em vez de as deitar fora, prepare-se para fazer o lanche mais reconfortante da semana! Estes <strong>Muffins de Banana e Chocolate</strong> são a resposta perfeita para a pressa e para a gula.</p>



<p class="">Diferente de um bolo inteiro que exige fatiar e servir, os muffins são pequenos pacotinhos de alegria individuais. A massa, rica pela doçura natural da banana e mantida incrivelmente húmida pelo uso do óleo, cria um contraste maravilhoso com os pedaços de chocolate que derretem na boca quando comidos ainda mornos. O cheiro que vai invadir a sua cozinha enquanto assam é absolutamente indescritível. É a receita ideal para o pequeno-almoço (café da manhã), para enviar na lancheira das crianças ou para acompanhar aquela merecida xícara de café a meio da tarde.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">O que você vai precisar (Ingredientes)</h2>



<p class="">Uma lista simples, com ingredientes básicos da despensa. O segredo está no estado das suas bananas!</p>

<li class=""><strong>Bananas (3 unidades):</strong> O ingrediente estrela! <em>A regra de ouro:</em> Elas precisam estar MUITO maduras, cheias de manchinhas pretas. Quanto mais maduras, mais doces e fáceis de amassar elas ficam, garantindo a humidade da massa.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Ovos (2 unidades):</strong> De preferência em temperatura ambiente para se misturarem melhor à massa.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Óleo (125 ml):</strong> Pode usar óleo de girassol, milho ou canola. O óleo é o grande segredo para muffins que continuam fofinhos e macios durante dias (ao contrário da manteiga, que endurece quando esfria).</li>



<li class=""><strong>Farinha de Trigo (250 g):</strong> Farinha de trigo comum, sem fermento.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Açúcar (100 g):</strong> Como a banana já traz muita doçura, não precisamos de exagerar no açúcar. Pode usar o branco refinado ou, se preferir um toque mais rústico, o açúcar mascavo.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Fermento em Pó (1 colher de chá):</strong> O fermento químico tradicional para bolos.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Bicarbonato de Sódio (1/2 colher de chá):</strong> Não salte este ingrediente! A banana é pesada e levemente ácida; o bicarbonato reage com essa acidez para dar aquele &#8220;empurrão&#8221; extra, fazendo o muffin crescer com um topo lindo.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Chocolate picado ou Gotinhas (100 g):</strong> Chocolate branco, ao leite ou meio amargo. Você escolhe! As gotinhas (pepitas) são práticas, mas picar uma barra de chocolate traz pedaços irregulares e poças de chocolate derretido que são irresistíveis.</li>

<p class="">Como eu disse ontem, hoje é dia de piquenique uhuuuuuu&#8230;.</p>



<p class="">E como o rango tem que ser básico, simples e leve, ao mesmo tempo tem que matar a fome do marido, ao mesmo tempo tem que agradar o paladar da Fernanda que é chatinha pra comer, ao mesmo tempo um monte de coisa, optei por:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li class="">Uva sem semente e banana (são as frutas que Nanda gosta e a gente também vai na onda)</li>



<li class="">Suco de uva integral (paguei de phyna né? Mas é que não tava afim de carregar suco natural em garrafa térmica, esse foi o mais próximo de suco natural que eu encontrei, e é prático, já vem na garrafinha)</li>



<li class="">Uma torta de legumes (receita <a href="https://arianapazzini.com.br/receitas/torta-salgada-de-liquidificador-massa-fofinha/">aqui</a>) que eu coloquei também presunto de peru e ricota pra ver se dava mais uma sustânça</li>



<li class="">Água mineral, muita (elas não estão aparecendo porque foi elas que tiraram a foto)</li>



<li class="">E eles, os foférrimos, pequenérrimos, lindos, muffins formigueiro!</li>
</ul>



<p class="">Gente, bolo formigueiro&#8230; tem coisa mais #diadascriançasfeelings? Não tem. Então já sabe: não tem forminha de muffin, vai de forma de empada. Não tem a de empada, dobra a receita e assa em uma forma pequena que vira um bolo delicioso.</p>



<p class="">Importante: essa massa não vai ovo, mas pode confiar que dá certo. Outra coisa: rende apenas 4 muffins, como era o ideal pra minha pequena família, foi no ponto, mas qualquer coisa é só dobrar a receita, ok?</p>
