<p class="">Dia desses tive um surto: resolvi ser vegetariana por um fim de semana. Tudo porque passei dias de rainha em pleno feriado de carnaval graças à uma carne de procedência duvidosa, então quis fazer uma detox. E posso falar? Curti muito&#8230; A gente realmente se sente mais leve, não termina a refeição com aquela sensação pesada, parece que a digestão é mais tranquila e o intestino super agradeceu.</p>



<p class="">Foi muito positivo ser vegetariana por uns dias foi que me fez pensar em mil outros tipos de receita que eu nunca imaginei fazer.</p>



<p class="">Uma delas foi este quibe. que surpreendeu a mim e ao marido.</p>



<p class="">Ele leva grão de bico na massa, que além de enriquecer a receita com suas propriedades, dá uma liga no trigo, e pra rechear ricota e cenoura, ficou delicioso!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Posso congelar o quibe com grão de bico?</h2>



<p class="">Pode! Da mesma forma que o <a href="https://pitadinha.com/receita/mini-quibe/">quibe tradicional</a>, esse quibe vegano pode ser congelado por até 90 dias. <strong>Recomendo que você pré asse o quibe por 15 minutos e congele.</strong></p>



<p class="">Para descongelar é só levar do freezer para o forno e assar por mais 15 minutos pincelado de azeite.</p>



<p class="">Ele também se conserva bem na geladeira por até 4 dias. Perfeito para quem prepara no final de semana todas as marmitas da semana. </p>

<p>Eu sei, não é nada comum pedir ao peixeiro peixe moído. Mas como os filés de peixe tem carne bem macia é fácil fazer esse processo no processador de alimentos caseiro.</p>



<p>Se você não tiver processador, mas estiver com muita vontade de provar esse quibe delícia, reserve um pouquinho de paciência e pique o peixe no menor tamanho que você conseguir&#8230; Como é uma carne bem macia, uma faca afiada dá conta do recado tranquilo. Eu garanto que super vale a pena =) </p>

<p>Reserve 1 xícara do trigo hidratado para esse processo.</p>

Temos várias versões de quibe, seja ele <strong>sem trigo</strong> nas versões de couve flor ou de <a href="https://pitadinha.com/receita/quibe-de-aveia-sem-trigo/">aveia</a>. <strong>Vegano</strong>, sem nenhum tipo de carne como o<a href="https://pitadinha.com/receita/quibe-de-cenoura/"> quibe de cenoura</a> ou com <strong>carnes brancas </strong>como é o caso desse quibe de frango e o <a href="https://pitadinha.com/receita/quibe-de-peixe/">quibe de peixe</a>.</p>

<p class="">Sim! A boa notícia é que o quibe de frango congela tão bem como o tradicional.</p>



<p class="">Seja o quibe cru para assar depois como o quibe já assado podem ser congelados por até 90 dias.</p>



<p class="">Mas para aumentar a durabilidade não se esqueça que precisam estar bem embalados.</p>



<p class="">O quibe congelado pronto pode ser descongelado direto no microondas. Para isso coloque do congelador direto em um recipiente para microondas coberto com papel toalha, aqueça de 30 em 30 segundos, o tempo total vai depender do tamanho das fatias do seu quibe.</p>



<p class="">Já no caso do quibe congelado cru, leve ele na geladeira na noite anterior e no dia seguinte asse conforme a receita.</p>



<p class="">Na geladeira também tem boa durabilidade. O quibe de frango pronto pode ficar refrigerado por até 4 dias, no caso do quibe cru você pode fazer na noite anterior e deixar na geladeira para assar no dia seguinte.</p>
