<p>Essa receita de bolo de banana feita no microondas é um achado. Um bolinho pronto em poucos minutos e fácil de fazer. É daquelas receitas de bolo de liquidificador que eu prefiro finalizar na mão com um fouet, mas se você está acostumado a fazer bolo de liquidificador, vá em frente e coloque a farinha de rosca no final, bata um pouquinho em velocidade baixa e não precisará nem sujar uma tigela extra.</p>



<p> Com ingredientes simples e um processo fácil, você pode fazer um bolo de banana úmido e saboroso em poucos minutos, sem precisar ligar o forno! Vamos lá então abusar do microondas para isso.</p>



<p>Lembrando que esse bolo de banana com farinha de rosca não é um bolo de caneca, utilizo uma forma de silicone para isso. Porém você pode utilizar essa mesma receita para fazer 4 bolinhos de caneca. Para isso diminua 4 minutos do tempo de assar o bolo no microondas, o bolinho de banana menor assa mais rápido.</p>

<p>OBS: Se não tiver farinha de rosca mas tiver pão velho, é só ralar em um ralo fino ou processar no processador dando pulsadas no triturar até transforma-lo em farinha e automaticamente você dará uso a um pãozinho abandonado transformando-o em farinha de rosca. Funciona tanto para pão doce ou pão salgado. A banana também é uma boa chance de aproveitamento, quanto mais madura mais doce ficará o bolo de banana. Aproveite aquelas bananas esquecidas, elas irão brilhar nessa receita.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Congelando o bolo de banana</h2>



<p>Se você quiser mantê-lo por mais tempo, pode congelá-lo em um saco plástico e mantê-lo no freezer por até 2 meses. Certifique-se de descongelá-lo completamente antes de consumir. E saiba que quanto antes consumir melhor. </p>



<p>Para congelar, <strong>espere esfriar completamente e embale com plástico filme ou então aqueles saquinhos tipo zip lock</strong>. Etiquete com nome, data de confecção e validade, é importante etiquetar, não confie na sua memória pois no fim todo pacotinho do congelador parece ser a mesma coisa e não, quando congelamos, eles não duram para sempre, o bolinho de banana pode se deteriorar com o tempo e a surpresa de um bolo sem textura e sabor duvidoso não é o que você espera, certo?</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Para descongelar o bolinho congelado</h3>



<p>Eu gosto de <strong>colocar na geladeira na noite anterior para descongelar o bolo</strong>, mas se tenho pressa, por exemplo quando não tenho muito para colocar na lancheira das crianças, deixo no saquinho por algumas horas e logo está descongelado.</p>



<p>Depois de descongelado o <strong>consumo deve ser imediato</strong>, por isso prefiro sempre congelar o bolo de banana já cortado em fatias ou quadradinhos. </p>



<p><em>Eu costumo etiquetar a data de validade para 2 meses mas tento sempre consumir em no máximo 15 dias para manter a textura de bolo fresco.</em></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Variações simples que podem enriquecer seu bolo de banana com farinha de rosca:</h3>



<p>É possível fazer variações dessa receita com outros ingredientes. Por exemplo você pode adicionar nozes ou amêndoas picadas na massa do bolo, adicionar passas ou cranberries secas para um toque frutado, ou mesmo adicionar um pouco de outras especiarias, um bocadinho de cravo e noz moscada combina com a canela da receita. Você também pode experimentar substituir a farinha de rosca por farinha de aveia ou farinha de amêndoas para uma versão sem glúten ou com menos carboidratos. <p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">E meu Bolinha completou um ano de vida! Como passou rápido! Acho que é pelo fato dele ser um menino tão lindo, tão alegre, tranquilo, esperto&#8230; É tão fácil cuidar dele, sabe? Parece que ele já nasceu pronto &#8211; ou era eu quem estava menos despreparada. ~Seji~o que for, o fato foi que a data chegou e como aqui em casa a gente segue a filosofia de que festa de criança tem que ser pra criança, resolvemos fazer um bolinho em casa mesmo, só nós quatro, e depois levar os meninos para um parque que eles adoram.&nbsp;</span></p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">O bolo foi feito no micro-ondas &#8211; isso mesmo, no micro-ondas. Lembra do meu <a href="https://naoseicozinhar.com.br/bolos-e-tortas/bolo-de-caneca-de-cacau/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">bolinho de caneca do amor</a>? Só fiz aumentar a quantidade, cortar, rechear e cobrir. Acho que em 20 minutos tava tudo pronto. Além da praticidade e rapidez, ele é saudável, olha que coisa boa! Quem não consome lactose pode substituir pelo leite de coco. Mas eu fiz assim:</span></p>

Pode fazer seu <a href="https://pitadinha.com/receita/brigadeiro-de-chocolate-branco/">brigadeiro</a> tradicional ou a cobertura que você mais gosta. Neste bolo eu usei uma <a href="http://receitasculinariafuncional.blogspot.com.br/2014/02/dia-dia-brigadeiros-funcionais.html">receita de brigadeiro</a> que aprendi com a Lidiane Barbosa. </span></p>

<p class="">Gente, sério, em 20 minutos você tem um bolo pronto com caldinha e tudo! E o danadinho é gostoso mesmo, só acho que na próxima vez faço meia receita pois ficou muito bolo pra duas pessoas darem conta.</p>

<li class=""><strong>A Calda é Obrigatória:</strong> Bolos de micro-ondas perdem umidade muito rápido depois de frios (a água evapora violentamente). A calda serve como uma &#8220;capa protetora&#8221; que mantém a umidade dentro do bolo. Jogue a calda quente sobre o bolo quente.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Toque Crocante:</strong> Como o micro-ondas não cria aquela &#8220;casquinha&#8221; crocante do forno, adicione textura na cobertura: amêndoas laminadas, granulado ou coco ralado são ótimos.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Versão Caneca:</strong> Essa receita é grande. Se quiser fazer só para você, divida a receita por canecas ou então divida os ingredientes por 10 para fazer uma só caneca (basicamente 1 colher de sopa de cada ingrediente) e faça na caneca por 2 minutos.</li>
