A combinação clássica da doçura natural da banana com o sabor profundo e intenso do cacau cria uma massa escura, rica e incrivelmente fofinha.</p>



<p class="">É a escolha perfeita para um lanche da tarde sem culpa, para a lancheira das crianças ou para aquele momento em que bate uma vontade louca de comer um docinho. Feito com farelo de aveia e farinha de arroz, ele não leva trigo (é totalmente livre de glúten!) e derrete na boca com uma leveza surpreendente. <li class=""><strong>Bananas (3 unidades):</strong> Use bananas bem maduras (aquelas com a casca já com manchinhas pretas). Elas são muito mais doces e garantem a umidade e a liga perfeita da massa.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Ovos (3 unidades):</strong> De preferência em temperatura ambiente. Eles vão ajudar a dar a estrutura fofinha ao bolo.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Farelo de Aveia (6 colheres de sopa):</strong> Uma fonte incrível de fibras! Deixa o bolo mais nutritivo e confere uma textura fantástica.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Farinha de Arroz (3 colheres de sopa):</strong> Ajuda a deixar o bolo leve e garante a versão sem glúten. <em>Dica de Substituição:</em> Se não tiver farinha de arroz em casa, pode substituir exatamente pela mesma quantidade de <strong>leite em pó</strong>. Fica delicioso e a massa fica ainda mais macia!</li>



<li class=""><strong>Açúcar Mascavo (6 colheres de sopa):</strong> O açúcar mascavo (ou açúcar mascavado) traz uma cor linda e notas rústicas de melaço que combinam divinamente com o chocolate.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Cacau em Pó (3 colheres de sopa):</strong> Use cacau 100% ou pelo menos 70% (evite achocolatados cheios de açúcar). Ele vai dar aquela cor escura e o sabor intenso de chocolate.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Fermento em Pó / Fermento Químico (3 colheres de chá):</strong> O fermento comum de bolo, essencial para a massa crescer e ficar bem aerada.</li>

Elas vão amolecer e libertar mais os seus açúcares naturais!</p>

Nesta versão peguei um bolo de chocolate que sempre faço da Rita Lobo e arrisquei as substituições. Fiquei TÃO feliz que deu certo! Ficou tão gostoso ou até mais que a versão tradicional o/ </span></p>

<p class=""><br>Sim, esse bolo de chocolate congela super bem contudo exige alguns passos para congelar. É uma forma prática de ter sempre uma sobremesa pronta no freezer para quando a vontade de comer um doce atacar.</p>



<p class="">Fatie o bolo, embale cada fatia com plástico filme ou se não coloque as fatias enfileiradas divididas por camadas de papel manteiga em um saco plástico. Então inclua uma etiqueta com a validade, esse bolo conserva bem congelado por até 90 dias.</p>
