<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Qual a validade do bolo de milho recheado?</h2>



<p class="">Um bolo super molhadinho e recheado com queijo não resiste por muito tempo em temperatura ambiente. O ideal é que se consuma em 2 dias.</p>



<p class="">Se perceber que não conseguirá consumir todo o bolo em dois dias, congele seu bolo.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Como congelar:</h4>



<p class="">Corte em fatias, embale em plástico filme cada uma delas e pronto, você terá uma fatia de bolo de milho quando a fome bater.</p>



<p class="">Importante ressaltar que mesmo congelado ele tem a validade de 90 dias. Não confie só na memória, etiquete com a validade.</p>



<p class="">Para descongelar também é simples. Retire do plástico filme a fatia que quer consumir, coloque no microondas coberto com um papel toalha por 15 segundos, vire a fatia e conte mais 10. Regule o tempo de descongelamento do blo no microondas conforme a potência do aparelho como também o quão grossa é a fatia que congelou. Pode ser que você precise de mais alguns segundos para aquecer totalmente.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Algumas dicas para o bolo pudim:</h2>



<p class=""><strong>Quer fazer com antecedência?</strong> Deseja preparar o bolo pudim um dia antes? Isso  te ajuda a garantir por exemplo que não tenha trabalho no dia de uma festa por exemplo. Então faça com até 3 dias de antecedência. Nesse caso eu não desenformo. Espero ele esfriar na forma. Cubro com plástico filme e armazeno na geladeira. Antes de servir retiro com 2 horas de antecedência para ficar em temperatura ambiente, passo pela chama do fogão para derreter o caramelo e desenformo.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Como preparar o banho maria?</h2>



<p class="">Como em todo pudim, é importante fazer esse bolo em banho maria.</p>



<p class="">Banho maria no forno não é complicado.</p>



<p class="">Prepare uma assadeira que caiba sua forma de bolo e seja alta. Eu costumo usar minha assadeira de carnes que tem bordas mais altas, mas você pode utilizar qualquer uma que caiba sua forma de bolo dentro e possa ser preenchida com água. Coloque dentro dela a sua forma com furo no meio já com a massa dentro. Com uma luva térmica para forno, apoie a assadeira na grade do forno e com uma chaleira deposite nela a água quente até que cubra pelo menos a metade da forma do bolo.</p>
