<li class=""><strong>Bananas Maduras (3 unidades):</strong> A estrela da textura e da doçura. <em>Regra de Ouro:</em> Elas precisam de estar muito maduras, com a casca cheia de pintinhas pretas. Bananas verdes ou &#8220;de vez&#8221; vão deixar o brownie sem doce e com sabor adstringente.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Chocolate em Pó (1 xícara / chávena) OU Cacau em Pó (1/2 xícara / chávena):</strong> Para um resultado mais intenso e saudável (fit), recomendo vivamente usar a meia xícara de <strong>cacau em pó 70% ou 100%</strong>. Se usar chocolate em pó comum (que já tem açúcar), o seu brownie ficará mais doce, mas evite achocolatados (tipo Nesquik/Nescau), pois eles não têm estrutura de cacau suficiente para firmar a massa.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Fermento em Pó Químico (1/2 colher de chá):</strong> Apenas um toque para dar uma leve aeração e não deixar a massa pesada demais.</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Quantos dias dura o bolo de aveia?</h3>



<p>Se você optar por deixar ele fora da geladeira a durabilidade do seu bolo tende a ser baixa, primeiro por conta da fruta, depois pois a aveia começa a ressecar.</p>



<p>Para maior validade do seu bolo de banana e aveia eu recomendo que você embale o prato com papel filme ou se tiver uma boleira com tampa, é ainda melhor e mais sustentável, então conserve na geladeira por até 5 dias.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Posso congelar o bolo?</h4>



<p>Pode! O ideal é congelar em fatias, assim você descongela somente o que for consumir. </p>

<li>Por fim quando quiser descongelar deixe na geladeira de um dia para o outro ou então leve ao microondas enrolado em papel toalha por 10 segundos para cada lado.</li>

<p>Muito! Esse bolo é ótimo para usar aquelas bananas no fim da vida esquecidas na fruteira.</p>



<p>Bananas super maduras são otimas para essa receita. Quanto mais maduras estiverem melhor será o sabor do bolo e mais úmido ele ficará.</p>



<p>Da mesma forma, se você usar bananas congeladas que provavelmente você congelou por estarem perto de passar funcionar</p>
