<p class="">Vamos falar a verdade: encontrar um jantar que seja saudável, rápido, pobre em carboidratos e que ainda deixe a família inteira suspirando não é uma tarefa fácil. Mas esta receita está prestes a mudar as suas noites de semana para sempre!</p>



<p class="">Imagine uma quiche deliciosa. Agora, retire a massa de farinha de trigo e substitua por uma base suculenta e bem temperada de carne moída, assada até criar uma crostinha perfeita. Por cima dessa &#8220;cama&#8221; de carne, ovos inteiros são assados até atingirem aquela textura macia e aveludada, finalizados com o aroma inconfundível do orégano.</p>

Usamos um pouquinho de chia para dar liga à carne sem precisar de pão ou farinha, mantendo tudo 100% <em>low carb</em> e sem glúten. <p class="">Dia desses tive um surto: resolvi ser vegetariana por um fim de semana. Tudo porque passei dias de rainha em pleno feriado de carnaval graças à uma carne de procedência duvidosa, então quis fazer uma detox. E posso falar? Curti muito&#8230; A gente realmente se sente mais leve, não termina a refeição com aquela sensação pesada, parece que a digestão é mais tranquila e o intestino super agradeceu.</p>



<p class="">Foi muito positivo ser vegetariana por uns dias foi que me fez pensar em mil outros tipos de receita que eu nunca imaginei fazer.</p>



<p class="">Uma delas foi este quibe. que surpreendeu a mim e ao marido.</p>



<p class="">Ele leva grão de bico na massa, que além de enriquecer a receita com suas propriedades, dá uma liga no trigo, e pra rechear ricota e cenoura, ficou delicioso!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Posso congelar o quibe com grão de bico?</h2>



<p class="">Pode! Da mesma forma que o <a href="https://pitadinha.com/receita/mini-quibe/">quibe tradicional</a>, esse quibe vegano pode ser congelado por até 90 dias. <strong>Recomendo que você pré asse o quibe por 15 minutos e congele.</strong></p>



<p class="">Para descongelar é só levar do freezer para o forno e assar por mais 15 minutos pincelado de azeite.</p>



<p class="">Ele também se conserva bem na geladeira por até 4 dias. Perfeito para quem prepara no final de semana todas as marmitas da semana. </p>

<p class="">Na receita te ensino as versões:</p>



<p class="">ROSA &#8211; Que é o recheio de cream cheese com presunto, esse tom rosado se dá por conta do embutido. Você pode substituir o presunto por qualquer embutido como salame, presunto de parma, salsicha (por que não?) bacon já dourado, linguiça calabresa já douradinha, etc. O embutido é batido no liquidificador com o cream cheese, quanto mais durinho maior a chance de ter pedacinhos no seu recheio. Eu particularmente adoro os pedacinhos de bacon quando preparo assim.</p>



<p class="">VERDE &#8211; O recheio de cor verde é o recheio de brócolis. Acredite, o sabor é delicioso. Normalmente os ingredientes verdes traz frescor e sabor ao recheio de creme de queijo. Experimente prepara-lo com manjericão para um resultado super fresco, avocado para um cream cheese ainda mais cremoso, espinafre salteado (acho que essa de longe é a versão que mais gosto. </p>



<p class="">AMARELO &#8211; Para a versão amarela usei cúrcuma. Nesse caso você pode usar temperos e ingredientes em pó para mudar a cor e sabor. Beterraba em pó, páprica, etc. Mas voltando a cor amarela, além da cúrcuma é possível o tom amarelo misturando mostarda amarela, queijo cheddar ou pimentões assados</p>

<p class="">Que fique claro que esse recheio de cream cheese não vai te custar nem 5 minutos. Estou apenas me certificando que isso está claro.</p>



<p class="">Porém se você está se preparando para receber amigos em casa, vale a pena que as coisas estejam adiantadas evitando por exemplo pia suja na louça, algum erro de calculo e até tempo livre para você se arrumar e organizar tudo por aí.</p>



<p class="">Por isso você pode se adiantar e preparar esse recheio na noite anterior. Se tiver saco de confeiteiro, coloque o recheio pronto no saco de confeiteiro, isso facilitará colocar os montinhos de recheios para seus sanduíches. Isso também funciona bem se você vai servir como canapé. Fica mais fácil cobrir torradinhas e mais bonito também.</p>



<p class="">Apenas certifique-se de tirar da geladeira pelo menos 1 hora antes para que o recheio volte a ficar cremoso. Ou, se for uma emergência, leve ao microondas por 15 segundos. </p>

<p class="">Pão de queijo do reino, não, não foram feitos para matar a vontade de nenhuma rainha, a receita desses pães de queijo foram elaborados e pensados para conter o desperdícios das sobras das festas de final de ano. </p>

Olha que eu gosto muito de comer comida de fim de ano muitos e muitos dias mas desta vez já não aguentava mais olhar pra aquele tender requentando e indo pra mesa again. E foi então que minha primeira resolução de ano novo foi ir pra cozinha e preparar esta delicinha de pão de queijo que desapareceu em segundos. <p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Aqui em casa temos tentado manter uma alimentação levinha durante a semana e deixar os doces e gordices pra sábado e domingo. Isso é bom pois a gente fica esperando a semana toda pra comer aquele docinho preferido da família ou testar uma receita nova. Eu carinhosamente apelidei de Mariazinha =) Eu compro muito Maria e Maizena já que é o biscoito preferido dos meninos, e quando vi ele assim, pequenininho, achei simplesmente uma fofura. Daí escolhi uma &#8220;receita&#8221; comemorativa, que enfeita a mesa, enche os olhos e agrada as barriguinhas exigentes dos filhotes. Eles amaram me ajudar a rechear, e depois devorar tudo, claro!</span></p>

<p class=""><span style="font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman',serif;">Domingo, dia 26 de julho, é dia da vovó. Uma boa ocasião pra preparar uma receitinha do caderno da minha vó Nilza, escrita com sua letra, feito com um ingrediente &#8220;inusitado&#8221; e um que tem um nome tão singelo: &#8220;Bolo certo&#8221;. Quando li o título da receita pensei que era daqueles bolos de nada, bolo branco, básico e simples. Mas ali no finalzinho da lista dos ingredientes tinha: &#8220;um copo de cerveja&#8221;. Como assim, vó? Já fiz um bolo (da Nigella) que levava cerveja tipo Guiness, e é maravilhoso! Mas era mais um bolo de festa, cheio de pompa. Este não. Este tem cara de vó mesmo, e um cheirinho de pão enquanto assa que hummmm! A textura dele é diferente, meio pão de ló, meio pão feito em casa, sabe? E ó: receita baratinha e que rende um bolão!&nbsp;</span></p>
