<li class=""><strong>Leite em Pó:</strong> O ingrediente mágico! Ele atua como um estruturador da massa, substituindo o glúten, e traz uma maciez e um dulçor natural incríveis.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Maizena / Amido de Milho:</strong> Essencial para &#8220;aliviar&#8221; o peso da aveia e garantir que a textura do pão fique fofinha, parecida com um bolo salgado leve.</li>



<li class=""><strong>Iogurte Natural:</strong> Sem açúcar e sem sabor. É a nossa fonte de umidade. A acidez do iogurte reage com o fermento, impulsionando o crescimento da massa.</li>

<p class="">Vamos ser sinceros: arroz de ontem na geladeira não é a coisa mais inspiradora do mundo. Mas esta receita? Ela é a salvação.</p>



<p class="">Estamos a transformar aquele pote de arroz esquecido numa refeição completa, vibrante e cheia de texturas em menos de 15 minutos. É o tipo de prato &#8220;salva-jantar&#8221; que eu adoro.</p>

Aliás nunca mais eu tinha feito molho de tomate caseiro por conta da correria, mas este molho praticamente pega carona em outras preparações, então, porque não né? Geralmente preparo junto com o frango que cozinho pra depois desfiar e congelar, e ele na verdade tem sido um grande aliado na hora de turbinar as refeições com mais nutrientes, que assim, invisíveis, poupam um pouco da minha sanidade na hora da refeição &#8211; quem tem criança pequena ruim de garfo em casa, entenderá /o</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Muita gente se decepciona ao tentar fazer uma receita de bolo sem glúten apenas trocando a farinha de trigo pela farinha de arroz, por exemplo. A substituição não é tão simples, uma vez que é justamente o glúten presente no trigo que deixa o bolo fofinho. E por isso existem as farinhas sem glúten, que na verdade são uma mistura de vários componentes que nas receitas de forma geral e principalmente na confeitaria se aproximam bastante do resultado que teríamos com o trigo. Porém, além de não ser muito fácil de se encontrar, tem aquele probleminha do preço, que né, vamo combinar. #assalto</span></p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Mas você pode preparar a sua própria farinha sem glúten e assar bolos lindos e deliciosos como este da foto. E sabe a melhor parte? O precinho =) Existem várias receitas pela internet, com várias proporções e &nbsp;ingredientes diferentes, mas a que achei mais simples e acessível foi esta:</span></p>

A primeira vez que testei minha farinha sem glúten foi para preparar este bolo, e usei proporções que usaria se fosse usar trigo para fazer um teste. Ela deixou a massa do bolo super pesada na hora que misturei, até achei que não ia dar certo, mas ele cresceu lindamente e não ficou solado.</span></li>

Já tinha congelado, descongelado, requentado, enfim: ninguém aguentava mais olhar para aquela mesma carne de panela na mesa. Daí lembrei desta receitinha da época que fazia Dukan.<strong> É uma receita ótima pra reaproveitar sobras de carne</strong> e ainda por cima fazer um lanchinho saudável pra família. Você pode usar a farinha/farelo que quiser. Eu fui de farelo de trigo por motivos de: era mais barato. Mas pode ser aveia, quinoa, amaranto, arroz&#8230; O que couber no bolso:</span></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Formas diferentes de preparar o quibe com carne de panela.</h2>



<p class="">Vicê pode assar conforme te expliquei na receita os seus quibes. Mas pode também:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li class=""><strong>Fritar</strong>. Aqueça em uma panelinha uma quantidade de óleo que você consiga mergulhar por inteiro os quibes. Leve ao fogo até que o óleo esteja quente o suficiente para frituras, com cuidado e auxílio de uma escumadeira coloque o quibe no óleo quente até dourar e em seguida transfira para um recipiente forrado em papel toalha para escorrer o excesso de óleo. Cuidado nunca é demais, mantenha uma distância segura para que não espirre óleo quente em você, não sobrecarregue a panela de quibe pois além de grudar ele pode diminuir a temperatura do óleo fazendo com que o quibe fique enxarcado.</li>



<li class=""><strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3dLf0BS" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Air fryer</a></strong>. Pré aqueça por 5 minutos sua fritadeira em 200˚C. Ao mesmo tempo bezunte o quibe com um fio de azeite só para ajudar a dourar. Coloque o quibe no cesto, não sobrecarregando pois o ar tem que circular por 15 minutos, abra e verifique se já está crocante, caso contrário volte um pouco mais.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Farinha de amêndoas feita em casa.</h2>



<p>Se na sua cidade você não encontra fácil farinha de amêndoas ou como na minha considera muito mais cara que as castanhas de amêndoas, saiba que dá para fazer em casa.</p>



<p>Eu preparo a quantidade certa de farinha de amêndoas para fazer esta receita de pão pois acho que a farinha armazenada por mais tempo tende a ficar com aquele sabor residual e untuosa.</p>



<p>Por exemplo para esse pãozinho low carb leva 150g de farinha de amêndoas, acabo processando 200g de amêndoas pois acaba perdendo um pouco. Olha como faço a farinha de amêndoas aqui em casa:</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredientes:</h3>

<li>Amêndoas cruas (sem sal ou aditivos)</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Passo a Passo:</h3>

<li><strong>Escolha as amêndoas:</strong>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Você pode usar amêndoas com casca ou sem casca. Para uma farinha mais fina, é recomendável usar amêndoas sem casca.</li>



<li>Caso você esteja usando amêndoas com casca, você pode retirar a pele mergulhando as amêndoas em água quente por alguns minutos. A casca irá soltar facilmente após esse processo.</li>
</ul>
</li>



<li><strong>Secagem das amêndoas (opcional, mas recomendado):</strong>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Se você decidiu retirar a casca ou se as amêndoas estiverem um pouco úmidas, coloque-as em uma assadeira e leve ao forno baixo (cerca de 100°C) por 10 a 15 minutos para secar. Isso ajuda a garantir uma farinha mais fina e evita que o óleo natural das amêndoas a deixe &#8220;pastosa&#8221; ao processar.</li>
</ul>
</li>



<li><strong>Processando as amêndoas:</strong>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Coloque as amêndoas secas em um processador de alimentos ou liquidificador potente.</li>



<li>Pulse por alguns segundos, pare mexe um pouco, limpa as paredes do processador, e pulse novamente até que as amêndoas se transformem em uma farinha fina. ( se o seu processador não for muito potente, dê intervalos de tempo para o processador não sobre aquecer</li>



<li><strong>Tenha cuidado para não processar por muito tempo, pois as amêndoas podem liberar óleo e virar uma pasta (como manteiga de amêndoas).</strong></li>

<p>Com um pouquinho de paciência você conseguirá otimos resultados para a farinha preparada em casa para essa receita de pão.</p>



<p>Obs: Usei leite de coco pois é o leite mais fácil que tenho aqui em casa mas você pode substituir por outro leite vegetal (que dá para fazer em casa!) <p class=""><span style="font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman',serif;">Eu tive a petulância de chamar esta massa de <em>penne alla Norma</em>, apesar de não ser nenhum pouco fiel à receita original. Mas é que quando vi o prato pronto, e olhei para os ingredientes que intuitivamente usei (quer dizer, era tudo o que tinha na hora pra transformar em almoço), vi que se parecia muito com este tradicional prato que leva o nome da minha mãe. Viu, mãe?! Que chique, bem!&nbsp;</span></p>



<p class=""><span style="font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman',serif;">É uma receita bem fácil e rápida, mas eu gosto de preparar uma etapa com antecedência, mas que também não dá trabalho nenhum, é só planejar um pouco o tempo. Você pode usar a massa que quiser também, eu usei penne sem glúten pois como disse, era o que tinha em casa =)</span></p>
